In demand as motivational speakers, Sherene Zolno, Rick Skillman and their associates have been invited to address numerous professional organizations including the American Society for Training and Development, the American Association of University Women, the State Bar Association, the Public Health Nurses Association, the Association for Humanistic Psychology, City and County governments, School Districts, and the Medical Group Management Association.

Rick Skillman has been a popular speaker on the subject of healthcare, and has spoken to the City of Anaheim, Kiwanis International, in Whittier, California, for Rotary International and to the Long Beach, California Chamber of Commerce. He co-presented with Sherene Zolno at the Center for Neuro-linguistic Programming in Moscow, Russia.

RECENT SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Recent engagements for Sherene and Rick have included co-presenting at the International OD Association Conference on APPRECIATIVE LEADING: Seeing a way to a healthy world, and speaking on “Model for a Healthy World: the core competencies of leaders,” for the International Leadership Association.

Sherene Zolno keynoted for the Tafton International Customer Service Conference, speaking on Fanning the Positive: Using Appreciative Inquiry to build service excellence, and spoke for the Seattle Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Conference, on Customer Alignment: Creating a new customer conversation.

As conference coordinator of the Pacific Northwest Leadership Conference, Sherene spoke on “Building Leadership for the Next Century,” and participated in a panel discussion with Geoff Bellman and David Cooperrider on “Burning Questions on Leadership.”

For the American Society for Training and Development Puget Sound Member Showcase, she spoke on “Developing Whole Systems: New Technology for Integrating OD and Training”, and on “Appreciative Inquiry: The Trainers’ New Role” for the chapter’s Special Interest Group.

Sherene also recently presented to the senior leadership teams of the City of Kenmore and the City of Woodenville on Team Alignment, and was the keynote speaker at the annual DOVIA (Developers of Volunteers in Agencies) conference speaking on the topic “Now is the Time. And this is the Place.”
