Sherene Zolno, President of Proaction Associates, and Executive Director of The Leading Clinic, works with leadership teams that are ready to reorient to the future, coaching them in how to create the conditions for productivity breakthroughs, shared strategic intention, and whole system culture change to support new partnerships and collaborations.

Rick Skillman, FACHE
From his background as the leader and Chief Executive Officer of several major healthcare organizations, Rick Skillman brings a unique perspective to his consulting and leadership development practice. His focus is on how leaders can align sound business judgment with a stance for respect, hope and capability directed to employees at every organizational level. His coaching revitalizes leaders’ commitment and intentions, helps build strong teams, and encourages breakthroughs in financial and performance outcomes.
Mr. Skillman has successfully led major physician groups, hospitals and regional systems for over 30 years. His accomplishments include taking over a failing multi-specialty group and turning it around to a projected break-even in 6 months, while working with physicians to achieve a 50% improvement in annual operating costs and visits per provider. In another project, he conceived and communicated a vision of hospital excellence while inspiring a level of trust, confidence, and cooperation, which resulted in a $5 million financial turn-around.
Nationally known for his ability to bring complex organizations together, Mr. Skillman has the credibility to overcome significant issues of trust. The result, in one case, was the collaborative effort to move toward an integrated delivery system. In another, he coached a CEO in developing a strategic vision linking specialty and primary care groups and medical centers into a regional provider network, negotiating contracts, and guiding the development of an innovative “intranet” product to link them.
As a financial expert Mr. Skillman led a medical center-wide initiative to reduce Accounts Receivable, yielding $32 million in cash, and directed a cost reduction initiative that reduced operating costs by $52 million in 18 months
He is currently completing a book on leadership, Memoirs of a CEO: the struggle to lead with heart and soul, and has been invited to speak at numerous organizations about his approach, including the American Society for Training and Development, and the California Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of Princeton University, holds a Masters Degree in Business (Finance) from California State University/Fullerton, and is a (Life) Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Jeff McAuliffe, a senior associate of The Leading Clinic in the Healthcare Partnership practice area, has spent the last 20 years consulting with organizations, from small community based non-profits to major corporations. His practice is focused on the integration of organization development, performance improvement, and leadership development to enhance organizational outcomes (quality, cost, delivery and safety), leadership/management capability, and employee morale. His passion is coaching leaders, mentoring change agents and supporting teams to create breakthrough levels of improvement.
Toni has more than 25 years experience in both public and private industry, assisting organizations successfully design, deliver and deploy tailored strategies and solutions to gain competitive advantage. Working with small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and service industries and she has coordinated efforts involving all levels of management. Toni specializes in the areas of business process redesign, performance improvement, and change management. Toni began her career as an Industrial Engineer for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and later joined KPMG Peat Marwick in their Management Consulting Practice serving both regional and international consulting initiatives.
Ann Farrell, M.A., ABS
Ann Farrell is a behavioral scientist and organizational warrior who empowers leaders to meet bottom line business results while consciously aligned with both personal and professional core values, mission/purpose, and vision. Ms. Farrell has 25 years of entrepreneurial experience leading and managing ethnically and socio-economically diverse cross-functional teams within a very successful family owned and operated regional restaurant chain.
Ms. Farrell is an experienced trainer, coach and organization consultant, with a diverse background of accomplishments in the design and delivery of experiential employee, supervisory and leadership training programs; a highly skilled team facilitator with specialized training in executive coaching, appreciative inquiry, leadership and action research (whole system change); and an organizer, able to efficiently run large-scale projects, work with diverse groups of people, and manage and motivate staff within budget constraints.

Dave Fleck is a Senior Partner with VantagePoint Consulting Group, a New Jersey based management consulting firm that supports clients’ efforts to improve performance and management effectiveness. Dave, who leads the Human Capital consulting practice for the firm, has over 25 years of management and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries and functional areas. Everett Marshall is an Organizational Change consultant with over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, Everett served as a Surface Warfare Officer on several U.S. Navy warships and as a Diversity Admissions Counselor for the U.S. Naval Academy. Upon completion of active duty service, Everett worked in the private sector with a global business consulting /IT services company and continued his career in the technology industry, focusing on the development of recruiting and training programs. Everett completed the Executive MBA program at Loyola College in Maryland, and is currently a Senior Consultant with Kilda Group in Annapolis, MD. In this role he has worked with clients in the areas of organizational change management, facilitation, team building, and stakeholder engagement/alignment. Marsha Montgomery, a Principal Consultant with TayganPoint Consulting Group, has 25 years experience working in the automotive, consumer, financial and pharmaceutical industries. She has held managerial and consulting leadership positions in major transformation initiatives, including a high-performance organization start-up and an company-wide strategic redirection. Dee Waluk-Johnson is an organizational consultant and training developer known for bringing humor, integrity, straight talk and systemic thinking in support of changing environments. Residing in the beautiful foothills of the Cascade Mountains with her husband, Scott, Ms Waluk-Johnson says she loves to “hang out with her pack” (her playful dogs, Taj, Zen, and Maeve) for relaxation. She has a BA in Telecommunications and has completed her Master’s in Applied Behavioral Sciences, Coaching and Counseling Organizations, at Bastyr University/LIOS (Leadership Institute of Seattle). Her thesis, based on an Action Research project in an international high technology organization, is in progress.

Tracey Weller is a certified coach, behavioral scientist, and organizational consultant. She is most known for the spirit, humor, courage and authenticity with which she inspires her clients to reach their highest potential.
Ms. Weller is skilled at facilitating leadership development, building highly functioning leadership teams and large scale project teams, increasing communications in business and in high-tech virtual environments, developing conflict management skills, and structuring and guiding long-range planning processes.
