Coaching Certification in Appreciative Inquiry and Whole System IQ (intelligence)™ is a unique program designed to sharpen each coach/consultant’s comprehension, capabilities and skills in assessing and helping to change or develop individuals, teams, departments, divisions and organizations of any size (including global agencies and multi-location businesses).

Coach/consultants certified by The Leading Clinic have over 100 hours of specialized training from leading experts in the field, and have completed a Consulting Practicum under the supervision of experienced whole system change professionals.

They have learned how to assist clients/leaders in increasing an organization’s creativity and productivity, and they have acquired special skills in building client confidence and willingness to address complex challenges. As whole system coaches/consultants, they can assist executives and leadership teams in promoting co-ownership within their organizations, and between their organizations and their community of stakeholders.

Each participant in Coaching in Appreciative Inquiry and Whole System IQ (intelligence)™ is certified to have the ability to assess the requirements for adapting a system to its changing environment, and the intelligence to coach their clients towards achieving a breakthrough in their own and their organization’s key results.
