APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY AND PROCESS ALIGNMENT

A large-scale change process that involves engaging people in an inquiry process that tries to apprehend the factors that give life to organizational system and change the conversation of the organization towards the positive. Based on the information derived from the inquiry, people would then seek to articulate those possibilities that can lead to a better future, and plan changes to move towards that envisioned future.
